This 74-year-old client expressed concerns about the bags under her eyes and the downward turn of her mouth. She mentioned that her mouth's appearance made her look sad, although she was not. 

After employing a multifaceted treatment approach, we achieved excellent results. We meticulously administered Botox around the eyes, and due to her hooded eyelids, we took extra care to avoid exacerbating the issue. Through microdosing, precise application, and strict post-treatment care, we managed to slightly lift and open her eyes. We also applied a small amount around the mouth to elevate the corners. Two weeks following her Botox treatment, she had three sessions with the Diamond Polar by Venus Versa, which tightened the skin on her face and neck and notably enhanced the areas around her eyes and mouth. 1ml of Juvéderm XC filler was administered to the patient's lips to enhance volume and further correct the downward turn of her lips.
